The power that lies within us is the power of an Almighty God that preserves us , delivers us and blesses us. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivered them out of it all (Psalms 34 :19)

RIGHTEOUS ….mmmmmm how do I get on to that righteous list so that I can get delivered from momentary affliction . Watch the word momentary , affliction lasts for moments , darkness is for a night but joy comes in the morning.

Who are the righteous? Those are the ones that live in right standing with God through the blood sacrifice of his son Jesus Christ. The bible says MANY are the afflictions , that can be interpreted as more than one – one is too many so more than one is a mouthful.Hey , just when we thought its gonna get easier , it doesn’t.Just when you thought you were on an uphill , the journey got bumpier . Every bump we cross takes us closer to the Lord.The just shall live by faith .Abraham was considered righteous because of his faith in God.Even Abel took a better sacrifice than Cain because of his faith and God attributed that to righteousness. The walls of Jericho came tumbling down , the red sea parted , the sun stood still . God pulled out all the stops .There was nothing that was too good or too impossible for him to give his children.That can only mean one thing , that he wants to do the same for you.Your unwavering faith is the faith that God looks at and calls you righteous.That is how you get on the righteous list and get complete deliverance from ALL of your afflictions.

Now we get to the good part which is after the affliction , comes the blessings.
Count it all joy when you face many trials .What is she talking about , there can be no good in affliction.You think I have gone mad.True , I am a fool for Christ so say thank you Lord for this BIG affliction cause I am waiting for the BIGGER blessing.

The Lord delivers us from them all.If you are in problems now that seem to never end, call out to God for help.He will hear you and deliver you.DON’T PUT A TIME LIMIT ON THE DELIVERANCE . Lets take a journey down the halls of fame of people you and I hear about timeously . Joseph , remember him , his affliction worsened but his blessing was worth it. Abraham expected God to raise Isaac up from the ashes ,God did more , he gave him back a son and nations as many as the stars in the sky. Ruth had a Boaz watching her even while she was on the threshing floor.Daniel saw the writing on the wall.David always had a son on the throne.Jacob went from deceiver to Prince with God(Israel).God took an orphan (Esther)and made her a Queen of a Superpower nation in its time.

Get excited , the breakthrough is here , the dark cloud has moved.Favour is restored.New blessings are on its way.Umimaginable and immeasurably more is the cup of God for those that walk through the storm.The storm is calmed and brought to a whisper and the floods have receded. Many were the afflictions , but more are the blessings that follow.

What was the outcome of the affliction , a bigger blessing too countless to count, too amazing to fathom, too beautiful to gaze,too magnificent to behold,too big to store,too marvellous to understand and too glorious to be hid.When God blesses his people , he blesses them in a big way because he is a Big God . When God blesses his children , he does it not in secret but in the open for all to see.His marvellous light shines over you .You bask in his glory , his presence radiates you and his goodness floods you . The floods that once crashed against you now come in blessings that overtake you.

Those that ridicule you , slander you , accuse you ,condemn you , judge you and mock you will also see the Lord lift you up , bless you , anoint your head with oil as your cup runs over.
The bigger the affliction , the greater the blessing.Many are your afflictions but more are your blessings.Pray , watch, wait, worship, win and live in the victory.

Prayer
Dear Lord Jesus I bring an offering of worship to my king as I rise up in faith and righteousness.I count it all joy when I face many trials as a blessing waits on the other side of this afflcition.Keep me focused on you and you alone O Lord .Let your face shine upon me as I stay in the shadow of the Almighty.My heart is glad and birthing an expectancy of newness, blessing and triumph.In Jesus name I seal these mercies.Amen
