We all have a life,
so different are we.
We are the mansions
of humanity.

As children of God
we live inside.
We shine our light
and refuse to hide.

But many mansions
don’t live this way.
They are cold and dark,
a dreary gray.

Their shutters and curtains,
are all drawn tight.
They live in darkness
and refuse the light.

But there was a mansion
the others could see.
His mansion was bright.
How could that be?

A guest of honor
Was coming that day
And the child inside
began to play.

And the guest of honor,
you know his name?
Jesus Jehovah
the one and the same.

Late one night,
sometime around seven.
A guest had arrived,
He came from heaven.

Two loaves of bread
and a fish were seen.
And a house of love
all cleansed and clean.

It was more then just,
two loaves and a fish.
It soon became
a succulent dish.

Many a mansion
were fed that day.
A feast for eternity,
many would say.

They are many rooms
in that mansion today.
And all have a light,
from the banquet that day.
