Welcome to what may be one of the shortest verses of the week you will read! Earlier, I wasn't really praying for Israel, though the Lord gave me a beautiful image in my mind-He showed a HUGE star of David, and over it was an even bigger turquoise banner. Normally, when I imagine a banner, it is waving over something, but this particular banner was covering the Star of David, symbolising the Lord's healing over Zion.

Israel has disappointed God but God will never disappoint Israel. His word says (and excuse me, but I forgot where), that He withholds no good thing from those He loves. He will come and restore what has been lost in that nation, for it is HIS holy nation. He will rebuild the fallen tenst of David. Man fell from grace, God sent the Messiah. Israel fell from grace, God is still offering His son, the Messiah, the redemption that only He can give.

DEAR LORD-WE THANK YOU THAT YOU LOVE ISRAEL, YOUR HOLY NATION. PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR PEOPLE TO PRAY FOR HER AND SUPPORT HER FOR SHE IS ON YOUR HEART. COVER ISRAEL WITH YOUR HEALING WINGS, YOUR LIGHT BLUE BANNER OF HEALING. PROTECT YOUR NATION, LORD WE KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT ALLOW ISRAEL TO BE OVERPOWERED BY HER ENEMIES. AS DAVID SAYS "YOU MAKE MY ENEMIES A FOOTSTOOL......". COVER ZION WITH YOUR GRACE AND MAY HER PEOPLE RAISE THEIR HEARTS TO THE MESSIAH TODAY.
