Ever wondered what happens to those people that make you uncomfortable? Not in the creepy "I'll eat your liver" kind of way but those certain people that challenge you. Maybe they think different than you about things. Maybe they make you earn respect you think is automatically due you. Maybe they question your values or tradition. And maybe, just maybe they are right.
So what happens to those people? Do you write them off as inconsequential? Do you attempt to ignore them in hopes that they will go away? Do you do your best to get rid of them? Do you attempt to make their lives miserable to feel like you have regained some semblance of control over the situation?

News Flash! How you treat them defines you, not them.
