Take heed O’ Watchmen upon the wall and incline your ear to hear
For this day our God is calling us to cast out the Spirit of Fear
Guard your post and with keen eyes guard the city gates
For the enemy is approaching your doorpost so we must eagerly make haste
But take heart O’ Watchmen for our God is with us and his promises are true
Gird up your loins and look to the hills for your help is coming through!
He’ll keep his sheep as he promised he would though famine and sickness arise
He’ll prepare the way for his return and take his place at his precious Bride’s side!
So take heart O’ Watchmen and do not fret but blow the shofar with a blast
His return is soon and rest assured the King of Kings will reign at last!
