There’s no fear in the love of God,
The Lord Jesus Christ;
That joy alone provokes my laud,
My God’s Sacrifice.

Note it says it is of Jesus,
And not vain religion;
To trust the One who always sees us,
Implies a moral decision;
Not for church walls, or some laws,
But in the divine Person;
He will overlook our flaws,
And separate our cursing.

This trust will lead to our salvation,
Saved from the fear of death;
It’s a trust that speaks relation
With Him Who holds our breath.
If I don't fear of dying,
Then I’m ready to die;
If ready to die, ready for living,
When life’s fear draws nigh;

So trust in Him to cleanse of guilt
Over any sin;
For our sins His blood was spilt,
If we’re born again.

Trust in Him, realize the love,
To bear joy as fruit;
‘Tis a joy as born above,
To wash the fear as soot.
