Blessings are not blessings until the time we admit that they are. Hard to believe what i have just said, but they are.

You must have tons of tons of blessings you hardly even notice that they were not until you lost them. Friends are one of these blessings. Health could be another. Career and wealth are the most common blessing. Family members may be one of those things we might not readily accept as blessings; not until the time we would miss them.

Perhaps today, as we begin to look at our lives, the past and the present---let us remember to thank God. Tat is to thank Him for all the blessings in the past we hardly notice. And more so to thank Him for all the blessings we have at present---small and big alike, ordinary and extraordinary altogether.
