Blanket of Peace

All of the peace He possesses, He lovingly pours upon you now. As a blanket over a baby, He places the peace and comfort warmly around you. He whispers tenderly that you are His Beloved. He sings over you with joy. You are His precious child whom He loves dearly. He strengthens you with all might according to His Word. Feel the power and strength rise up within you as He gives it freely. You will overcome things that you once thought you could not endure. You are not alone, as He is very near to you. He brushes His hand across your cheek wiping away all pain and tears. As He breathes upon you, you feel the power He has placed inside of you. He is blessing you with all spiritual and natural blessings because of His never ending love for you. Know that you are cradled in His arms and that nothing can take you from that place the Father has for you.

Know that you are eternally loved.

Dear Mitzi... This is so soothing and very, very beautiful... and I SO need to FEEL God's 'blanket of peace'. Even that title brings such comfort...it's a phrase to keep in our minds to give us comfort and repeat over and over, again. Thank you for sharing God's Peace with us - and you did it so beautifully! I so agree with Peggy's comment. We both know full well who this article was dedicated to, (or at least I am assuming it's for her) and yet, before you mentioned the dedication, it was as though it spoke to the reader personally, a comfort that many of us have been in need of. You've portrayed the heart of God for His child wonderfully here. What a blessing you are to those who know and love you. I also pray these things for our dear Sister, that she will receive this comfort from our Father in her time of grief. She's so special, an extraordinarily beautiful person. I sure love her. Thank you for listening to God's heart for her and sharing it with all of us.
