Prayers

Lord, I pray today and throughout the next week you would have a clear out in our lives.

This means both practically around the house, take out things that do not resemble God or bring Glory to him and place it in the recycle bin i.e. newspapers, material that reminds you of unsuccessful things of the past etc.

Please search my heart spiritually and point out things that are not to your pleasing be this relationally, emotionally, financially, sexually and enable a thorough forgiveness and cleansing process to occur.

I pray your hand upon what our eyes see, what our ears listen to and what our nose smells is holy and pleasing to you our creator.

I pray in your timing once a year this would happen to keep me in tune with your heart for my life and to replace things with God given things where time consumed was not in contrary to your word and lifestyle for us.

Give me the tools to overcome the sin to encourage and be a witness to others in similar situations.

I pray that as a believer I will rededicate my life to you also those who have not found faith in God you would start that journey a fresh today.

Show me relevant scriptures I need to read, articles I need to look at, people that need to come along side me, practically in a real way restore the foundations that have been lost through a period of sinfulness where the Glory of God has not been portrait through our lifestyles.

Please give me a double portion of your annointing so I don't loose out on your blessings and as we are faithful with the little you will bless us more abundantly as we work and live in your favour by a repentant and faithful life according to your callings.

As always, your will be done today and everyday in the lives and hearts to which you adore, love and it is in your strength we are successful. In this we pray. Amen.
