When a mountain crumbles at my tread O Father...
Let me hear your wrath filled thundering from your bowels
Consuming, when envious swords and spears
Gather against me, this unjustified cause O Father...

Above all, when bones become brittle
Ticking time stops
And your will is done
Let me hear the welcoming sweet sounds of strings, winds...
On the road to your bosom
For the endless rest in happiness O Father
