Yesterday I saw God in all His splendor it was glorious to behold
Waterfalls over rocks, the water was so cold

I heard Him speak in the water as it fell from way above
Every rock, branch, and flower seemed to speak of His love

Two big rocks came together to form a kind of cave
It reminded me of the protection for Moses that He gave

When Moses wanted to see His glory but God said only as I pass by
For no one can ever see My face, or surly they will die

I wanted to climb right into that cleft and wait as Moses did
Until God placed His hand over it so inside I would be hid

Then God would walk by that rock and my life would be spared
Seeing His back as He walked by my heart would know how he cares

God wants to reveal Himself to those who seek His face
Not only in a church building but in every single place

Don't let anything or anyone ever be a hinder
To keep you from seeing God in all His spendor!
