Oh, great and wonderful God, thank You for who You are, for revealing Yourself to us, and for making us Yours. All praise, glory, honor, and love be to You – God alone worthy. We long to be surrendered to You - heart, soul, mind, and body. Lord, we desire to serve You with our lives – to bring glory to Your name, to bring joy to Your heart.
Our Father, we thank You for the gift of Your Son who lived a perfect life of obedience to You, who died a terrible death, and whom You raised again to live forever. All this You did that we might be made right with You, restored to You.
Jesus Christ – Son of God, our Lord and Savior – we thank You for Your sacrifice that cleanses us. Thank You for taking our sin and giving to us Your righteousness. Thank You for Your life on this earth - for revealing the Father to us, and for showing us how to live. Thank You for Your intercession for us and for the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Precious and abiding Spirit of God – we thank You for all that You do in us. For You open our hearts to receive the Savior and His sacrifice, You wash us clean by His blood, You conform us to the likeness of Christ that we might live lives pleasing to God. You help us to know the loving presence of God and reveal to us the glorious truths of Scripture.
Our amazing triune God, You overwhelm us with Your love, and we worship You in spirit and in truth. May we always – with every moment – long for You with our entire beings. May we always – in everything – live to please You to Your glory. Lord, make our minds remember all You do for us, make our hearts grateful, make our lives worthy of Your sacrifice. Lord, hasten the day when You shall be exalted in all the world, when we shall be glorified in You and the perfection of Your creation is restored. Till then may our hearts ever cry out – Come, Lord Jesus! God, Display Your great glory! Amen.
