Precious Love

In the shelter of His love I found a hiding place,
Where all my grave and black sins wash away.
There is safety there where Love illuminates the way,
And courage, always, for the coming day.

When the storms of life come rushing like a torrent, wild,
I run to seek the shelter of His wings;
He gathers me so safely to the heart of God ~
His love just fills me up so I can sing.

You are my safe and precious place ~
My Solid Rock~
You are the tender mercy I need so,
Never depart!
You are my soul’s highest delight
And I can see
Your faithful, staunch and precious love
Living in me!

O, keep me deep within those wings of Love,
I feel the pulsing of Your heart from up above!
My life, my love, my all ~ I find it’s true ~
Has greater, deeper, worth because of You!
