Do you see it shining bright?
Can you see my little light?

Is my light hidden by my sin?
Can everyone see my light within?

Has Satan tried to snuff my flame?
Will I play his wicked game?

This little light of mine,
Lord, please let it shine.

Make it more than a little light,
Make it shine with all its might.

Let it make the whole church glow.
Spread the spark and make it grow.

Make it grow into one large fire,
Spread it fast, fierce, and higher.

Spread the fire to the sky,
Let them know our flame won't die.

Let our fire forever burn,
Until time has fulfilled its term.

Satan will not snuff our flame,
He will suffer fire's pain.

That day we will all rejoice,
All together with one large voice.

Our fire will be full force,
As we live forever with the Lord.

Matthew 5:14-16 You are the light of the world. A city on a hill can not be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let you light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
