Christ became poor that I might gain the riches of His Grace
And spend Eternity with Him and look upon His Face
And I've a mansion over there, it's cost to me is free
My mansion cost me nothing, but it cost Jesus everything

Chorus:
Though my mansion cost me nothing, doesn't mean that it is cheap
My mansion cost me nothing, but it cost Jesus everything

I've read it's city walls are jasper, it's street is paved with gold
There no sickness, sorrow, pain, nor death, and folks will not grow old
And though it's gates are made of pearl it's cost to me is free
My mansion cost me nothing, but it cost Jesus everything

Chorus:
Though my mansion cost me nothing, doesn't mean that it is cheap
My mansion cost me nothing, but it cost Jesus everything

He paid the debt I surly owed, a debt too great to pay
And now through Christ I'm going to be at home with God someday
And I've a mansion over there, some call a place of rest
My mansion cost me nothing, but it cost Jesus everything

Chorus:
Though my mansion cost me nothing, doesn't mean that it is cheap
My mansion cost me nothing, but it cost Jesus everything

Now if you want a mansion over there, this one thing you must do
Just put your faith in Christ alone, He's done the rest for you
Then your sins will be forgiven, And He'll give you a heart brand new
And yes your mansion will cost nothing, but it cost Jesus everything

Chorus:
Though my mansion cost me nothing, doesnt mean that it is cheap
My mansion cost me nothing, but it cost Jesus everything

My mansion cost me nothing, but it cost Jesus everything

2 Corinthians 8:9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ,
that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor,
that you through His poverty might become rich.

Samuel, how right you are. It cost Jesus everything, and we are unworthy of even one drop of blood He shed.
