Life Is Far Too Short

Life is far too short
To spend it frivolously
Or waste a single drop of time
Or pass it by with ease.

There's work for all God's children
Examples we must lay;
Every day a blessing with
The privilege to pray.

Don't take up time with silly games
That have no Heavenly call
An hour wasted soon becomes
A month we can't recall.

Redeem the time, for it's too short~
Soon, Jesus will be here;
And how we spend our time, today
Will suddenly be clear!

I want to face His loveliness
With some sweet treasure won
From my endeavor, here on earth;
Presented to God's Son!
