You clothe Yourself in glorious light,

You make Your angels flames o’ fire,
Who sing e’er for Your glory;
They are provoked by holy dire,
Yet through us, You tell Your story;

And made friends with the mean;
You were patient with their sin,
In the common You were seen;

Your blood was spilt, even for me,
