Help me find glory in this trial
Show me how to persevere
You said the end will be better
Make Your passage clear.

When all others have turned away
I’m so thankful I can see
You are still here by my side
Lighting the way for me.

Give me peace not fathomed
Peace that only You can give
Peace to calm the storms of life
Where fear can no longer live.

Let me forget my troubles
Let me not be afraid
Let me not be conquered
Let me not be dismayed.

You are my lighthouse
Revealing dangers in my way
When the darkness has fallen
When sun does not light my day

Let me walk and not grow weary
Let me run and not grow faint
Give me might and endurance
Under your wings I wait.

Quiet this storm that’s raging
Calm my frenzied soul
Restore my broken spirit
Calm the tempest You control

Let me be a conqueror
Don’t let it ever be
That the trials in my midst
Will be conqueror of me.

Let me keep my eyes on you
My heart cries what I need
Calm the waves calm my soul
Calm the fears inside of me.

God calls me from the water
He calls from the raging sea
He calls with a voice so peaceful
He tells me what I need

As you pass through these waters
I will guide you through
The waves will become calm
Look to me, I’ll be with you.

The waves of life will come and go
Waters may rage on your sea
But in the midst of the storms
I will give you peace
