Miracle Stories
I asked God for a sign
And looked unto the skies
As I gazed up at Heaven
My heart gave out a cry
As far as I could see
From the East to the West
A shooting star raced by
God did His very best
To answer my prayer
As soon as it crossed my lips
In a glorious blaze of color
The night sky was lit
In flaming hues of red
And brilliant shades of orange
In streaks of yellow and gold
There was my sign
