I started a project yesterday to have a video encode and tried to make it better than before giving the computer an extra-heavy load.

It worked for hours with so little progress it seemed the wrong thing to do to try and do more than the skills I have was resulting in something less than true.

So I shut it down, and let the computer rest, and this morning I tried again, but this time staying with what I know will work, sure that it will turn out better than last night's had been.

And it reminded me so of how my life used to be, I'd struggle to make it mean something more; but all the while I never realized that I should
be looking for the Savior to adore.

But He found me, He'd heard my heart's cry, and rushed to be by my side, and wiped away all the tears of anger and frustration, becoming my heart's refuge, in Whom I could hide.

He taught me to rest, to trust only in Him and to look for His lead in all I do, and oh how He blessed me, and then gave me even more, the wonderful day that He sent me you!

Then I knew that for sure God loved me, for my dream had become so much more, He'd sent me love, and added cherish and protect, He'd sent you, my Lucian, for me to love and adore.

And now I can try my wings, to dare to risk, knowing that you are right by my side, and if all fails, my heart finds refuge, and I can run to your arms to hide.

There is such joy in my every day now, I awake to run toward what is yet to be and know that every hour of the day, will be full of the love I want you to see.

My prayer is that you will know that every minute of every hour it's true, that everything I do and say is telling how very much I LOVE YOU!!
