I'm trusting in Jesus
To show me the way
I'm trusting in my Lord
For the troubles today

Jesus said, "Take heart in this world
For surely, troubles will come."
He said, "I have overcome this world
Yes, the Victory I have won!"

I'm trusting in Jesus
To show me the way
I'm trusting in my Lord
For the troubles today

I'll Lean upon His Word
I'll do what He says
So when I'm in trouble
His truth I'll confess

Jesus is the light
He is the word
He is so powerful
I can trust in the Lord

For the troubles today
Can make your heart weary
You can get so distracted
By what you are hearing

But take courage I say
In God's wonderful truth
Keep your mind on Jesus
You'll make it through

this is lovely! you may want to put spaces in between the words, though, with the commas. This would make for a great song, for children, or for anyone!
