Damn the drugs that deal addiction
Defiling, deforming the body, God’s temple.
I stand this day to see God’s Salvation.
Faith in God must be matched by action,simple.

Shuffling, crawling, almost crying;
Back bent,leaning breaking, aching
But God the Son took my pain on the cross.
My faith in God shall be at no loss.

I refuse to give up on this royal noble cause.
God is for me, God is with me because
His word tells me He’s my defence,
My Rock, Shield and my Confidence.

Onward I march, from glory to glory
Knowing that this will be a delightful story.
Forward I go, the rugged cross before
my Saviour is the Alpha, Omega and the Door.

The body may die but the spirit grows stronger.
My mission will be complete, no one can hinder.
If He said ‘Yes’, no one can say, ’No’.
My God is faithful, this well I know.

I wait like an eagle for the wind current;
My focus on Jesus and not on the torrent.
He who began this good work, will He not complete?
I camp at the Throne of Grace, right at His Feet.
