Deeper and deeper I go in sin
Farther I go than all men..
I have went beyond a scared place,
where no man may show his face.
In my heart I have sinned
To my desires, I have given in
My heart is wounded, my spirit is broken
A taste of your love for just a token.
I can not contain this feeling of bliss.
lost forever in your kiss.
My conscious is my enemy now...
Intruding into this delight I've found!
Prodding me to give this up.
This crazy lust that seems corrupt
Taking me farther into a den of sin
Oh to be safe and secure again!
Could but my mind and body blend
Come to grips, and become as one
Be at peace with God again
Happy could I be, my battle won!
