What wonders lie in store
Once severed from Your presence
At last fully restored

Though we often grew faint
Steady stayed our course
Those promises You left us
Have been our strength’s main source
As blessed as You have made us
We never felt at home
We’re so glad to finally join You
Pleased to sit beside Your throne

Here He comes to take us to the place He has prepared
What joy and celebration are waiting for us there!
