The magnet for those who are wise;
A must for those who will rise
Must be invited to come;
And seen beyond the storm.

Must be entertained to stay;
And guided not to stray
Must be bred and fed to grow;
And given away to flow.

It triggers your introduction,
Which brings promotion;
Increases your speed
In your quest to succeed
Reducing perspiration,
But requires concentration.

It comes to just a few,
Who pay the price for the prize;
Goes stale unless you renew;
Gives you wings to rise;
Like an eagle soaring;
Commanding a roaring success.
