My little sister,
With a broken heart,
Hurt from many mister,
And a spirit torn apart;
Yet I’ve seen you fly,
As you’ve cared for another;
As if the Spirit sighed,
With love for this brother;

How high could you fly,
With a joy elating?
Maybe dance b’fore His eye,
With angels ‘round praising,
The work of our Father
I have seen in you;
A work like no other,
Just as He is true;

Know His joy of heart,
As you follow Him;
It will not fall apart;
You’re broken from your sin;
I know the thoughts you think,
For I have them, as well;
Yet, I know they make you sink;
You could wish them all to hell;

Yet I expect to see you rise,
To the Father’s glory;
Bring the joy-light to His eyes,
As you become His story;
Be a washed in His emulsion;
The power of His Spirit;
Let His love be your compulsion,
And draw so very near it;

You will then hear about
Applause from the Master;
I, with them, will praise and shout,
For the One we’re both after;

When Time draws close,
By the Higher Power;
With Joy, as eternal dose,
For the endless hour,
As the brother that you know,
By the Lord our sacrifice;
I’d dance with you and your glow,
Under the Tree of Life;

So you know the source
Of this simple write;
By this heart in divine course
I’ve you and Him in sight;
It is by this heart
That’s been borne above;
By the One Who’ll ne’er part,
Give encouragement and love.
