Christmas is over and you may be feeling blue.
You are so lonely and don’t know what to do.
Christmas is not about the gifts under the tree.
God has a special gift that will set you free.

Jesus, the same baby born in the manger stall;
Offers you eternal life, the greatest gift of all.
He died and rose again, paying the price for your sin.
Your life will have new meaning, when He comes in.

As this year comes to an end and a new one starts,
Have you opened that gift and let Him in your heart?
We do not know what the future will hold each day.
Put your faith in Him and He will show you the way.

You may already know Him, but have strayed away.
Please don’t wait any longer, come back to Him today.
His arms of love and forgiveness will welcome you.
Deep in your heart, you know He cares for you, too.

Maybe you have tried to set new goals in the past.
At first you are excited, but they don’t seem to last.
Maybe you were missing Jesus to help you succeed.
He is the greatest friend and all you will ever need.

Make it your goal this coming year, Jesus to know.
Daily study His Word and pray, then you will grow.
May each of us desire to know Him even more.
Then anticipate day by day what He has in store.
