Children sure are a blessing
there are those times
they become more than a testing !

When they were young
they loved to work
nothing they wouldn't do
as they grew a little older
that sure fell through !

Well I am the one
that worked for this place
most of my life
when it all started
you were just a little guy
being held by
me and my wife !

Then came a day
in our lives
when asked to do a little something
he said that he would give it a try
said hardly a word
it was the beginning of it all
it's called stink eye !!

I knew that it wouldn't be long
show down man to man
because there can be only one man
giving orders under this roof
a must to understand !

I love you so
much son
and my grandchildren too
as far as living
under one roof
that will never do !

So man to man
let's get it straight
as far as two men
living under this roof
one will have to wait !
