Sunset Sky
Endless sky of shades of blue,
with it’s blazing amber light,
sunset setting, tomorrow a new,
such a beautiful prismatic sight.
Reflective light, glistening glow,
consuming all the western sky,
as a gentle breeze starts to blow,
beauty, yet we know not why.
Pastel colors of orange and red,
a blue canvas is where it begun,
our wants of the day we shed,
as we say goodnight to the sun.
Nature’s mysteries to behold,
brilliant, we’re unable to stare,
setting in the West, ever bold,
small glimpse is all one dares.
Demonstration of power and might,
as the sun departs ending the day,
a reassuring balance, all is right,
the lasting beauty of nature's way

I could really see the sky at sunset with all the colors. I like how you didn't say where you were. you could vision a moutian sunset or a prairie one.
I though of a beach, and with the detailed colors you gave, I felt I was there.
Good job!
