Faith

Oh Father God on this special day
a little one was born to save us
and show us the way.

Knowing what we had done so very much
you had to give your only Son
so as we would not lose touch.

To fellowship with you Father God
knowing no end of time
your Son had to shed his blood
so as to save
wicked souls such as mine.

The Lord knew of the pain
that he would have to go through
to save us from sin and shame
that would separate us from you.
