Christmas is a special time of year,
To spend with friends and family we hold so near.
To remember loved ones no longer here.

A time to reflect on Christmas’s past.
Oh how the years go by so fast!
But precious memories will always last.

A time for giving gifts from the heart;
Cherishing each moment, not knowing when they will depart.
But there will always be new memories to start.

A time to remember the promise of Bethlehem’s star;
The birth of Jesus our Savior, the greatest gift by far.
He loves and accepts you just the way you are.

A time to remember the reason He came;
To die for our sins, taking away all our guilt and shame.
His gift is eternal life, to all who believe and call on His name.

A time for laughter and joy.
To see the smile on a child’s face when they receive a new toy,
Making the day special for a little girl or boy.

A time for singing a joyful song.
To remember the homeless and poor, helping them along.
To pray for those fighting, to keep our country strong.

A time for holiday parties, both big and small.
To show someone you care, by giving them a call.
To send Christmas greetings and best wishes to one and all.
