Emotions; we all have them. How we show our emotions, demonstrates our feelings about a given situation. I found this story that I thought was a good example.

The Most Caring Kid

Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge. The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child. The winner was a four-year-old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap and just sat there. When his mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said, "Nothing, I just helped him cry."

Don’t be afraid to let others see you cry. It is not a sign of weakness, but shows that you really care about what the other person is going through. When you don’t know what to say, just be there for them and listen. Let the other person share their feelings. It helps to find someone you can trust, who has experienced a similar situation in their own life. You know that they will understand and support you. But most important of all, take your burdens and cares to God and leave them in His hands. God wants us to come to Him in prayer about all things. He will give you the strength you need to get through each day.
