When my spirit is broken
And filled with pain
God's love comes to me again and again

When I'm filled with despair
And have nowhere to turn
God says come find me and you will learn

You'll find that I loved you enough to die
I loved you through good times and when you cried
At times I could see you were far from me
And yet I still loved you, oh can't you see?

My love is as vast as the ocean is deep
It never changes, never sleeps
It's my precious gift to you from me
and I'll give it to you eternally

So Lord I accept your gift to me
Your love you share unconditionally
Thank you my Father for giving to me
A wonderful gift so rare and free
