We need not wait; He comes for who He’s won;

Your appearing we’ve adored, Truth has arrived;

Your voice can’t be ignored, Your presence has our sway;

Time and death must step to the side;
Their Master, who is just, comes for His bride;
The righteous dead arise, shining like God’s Son;
They see Him with their eyes; the reaper’s left undone;

Those who chose to wait made a choice so blind;
They have sealed their fate and are left behind;
