A new commandment I give unto you
That you love one another
As I have loved you

Praise the Lord today
Right where you are
You need not be in Jerusalem
Or Israel
His Spirit lives in You
You are the temple of God

When Stephen first preached this radical news
He was stoned for it
He died declaring this
To glorify the Cross
Which set us free

Praise the Lord today
Right where you are
You need not be in Jerusalem
Or cry to the wall
His Spirit lives in You
You are the temple of God

True worshippers must worship in Spirit and in Truth
This new covenant in Jesus replacing the law
With the Father Jesus comes
To make their home in us

Praise the Lord today
Right where you are
You need not be in Jerusalem
Or visit the mountain
His Spirit lives in You
You are the temple of God
