In A Time Of Need

It is always such a time
As we press on in a world of crime…
All are living in a time of need.

How the strong in Spirit need to labor-
For the rest of the world
Is presently our neighbor.

Millions are in need of care.
We can all pitch in
To do our share.

Time spent in prayer can surely send
Help from above
For a needy friend.

Straightaway, these are the days
In reaching out to all others,
Loving them as our sisters and brothers.

All are living in a time of need.

We are living in a time of need. The world is full of crimes, murders, and many other wicked actions. It's good to see words written like this to keep our eyes open and aware that we need to pray.

I agree Julie, we can all do our share as we reach out to those around us. The word says: Matt.9:37-"The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. (38) Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest." May this be our prayer. Thank you for sharing this wonderful article. Blessings, Sharon
