For one last time, will I see your sweet face
play ball on the court, run around playing chase
For one last time will I watch you play
Knowing the time would soon fade away
For one last time will I tickle your sides
While you run away for a place to hide
For one last time will I tuck you in at night
hugging you tightly with all of my might
For one last time will I hear the sound
of that silly giggle when you're around
For one last time will you dance once more
moving like you've never before.
For once last time will I shed a tear
knowing you're no longer here.

I take this time to remember you,
and all the fun things we used to do.
