Reflections from the Garden

I find myself in our usual place, longing to sit at Your feet. I recline back to listen to all You have to say as Your tender heart beats ever so near. When I gaze into Your tender eyes of compassion, I am moved by Your gentleness. Your mercies are new every morning, yet You never change. You remain, My Loving Father, My Daddy God who loves to take up time with me teaching me what is behind and what lies ahead. Thank You for the freedom You provide when I sit before You. In Your Presence, there is fullness of joy and peace beyond compare. Oh, how I need You. I need You here. Always.

What pleasure the Lord must surely get out of your desire to spend quality time basking in His presence. You provoke your readers to seek His presence with your love for our Father.

Mitzi, I can picture you sitting with your eyes fixed upon your Father, taking in His words, His compassion, His love! I can 'see' Him gazing at you with such tenderness as He teaches you about His Word. I can feel the serenity and sense the beauty in the garden; but most of all, I can feel the love. God bless you.
