The River of God (2)

The River of God,
Starting as a trickle,
Into a miracle.
Like a palm in the cloud,
It comes crashing loud.
It comes as a great flood,
Powered, fueled by the blood.

The River of God ,
Too deep to walk across;
Potent to flush out curse;
Removes every sickness,
Takes away all dryness.
Announces revival,
Soon after arrival.

The River of God ,
A divine healing stream;
Come to answer your dream.
It demands your swimming,
And expects your singing,
To heal the afflicted,
Even if addicted.

The River of God,
Cannot be resisted;
Cannot be infested;
Cannot be limited;
Can’t be inhibited;
Will go where God pleases;
And do what God pleases.

The River of God,
Ankle deep to knee deep;
From knee deep to waist deep.
It will flow, over -flow
Going as the Wind blows.
It’s a River of life,
Come to give us New Life.
