This Morning while I helped my son, Jason get ready for school, he chattered like always. We talked about the toys he caries in
his pockets every were he goes. We talked about his favorite breakfast, and then Jason got very serious.

" Mom, Why do other teenagers at school call me names? I don't want them to be mean."

What do you say to a young man of 17 who is special, with a heart that will always be a child. Jason has always had a special
way about him, with autism, and other mental diagnoses.

I took my boys hands in my own, and together we knelt in the middle of our kitchen. Jason prayed for each of those teens who
tormented him.

With tears in my eyes I told my special boy, " Jason you are everything God wants you to be. You love Jesus"

Jason smiled and said " I do love Jesus."

I smiles and continued, " there is not one boy smarter than you Jason. Cause you let God be first, and most teens are to busy to
let God work in them."

Jason said " I got to pray for the teens in my school"

I love the way Jason loves others. He is the smartest man I have ever met because he forgives with no effort, and he loves even
those who hurt him.
