That's Faithfulness!
Yes, we will not fear because He is near, always there. Even when we are unaware, He is very much there; because He is the ever-present Lord.. He will not leave me. He will not leave you.
Greater is He that is in you than he who is in the world. He said, "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people." (2Cor6:16)
He is faithful; faithful to the end. His mercies are new every morning and great is His faithfulness. We may be faithless but he is always faithful.
If you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, He is your covenant partner, committed to you through thick and thin. Your fight is His fight and He will fight for you.
