Faith

These wings given, send me aloft.
Out, up towards heaven to a seat set aside.
As I flew towards destiny, there I strayed,
here I fell, to the ground.
An earthly creature, No longer heaven bound.

Ever-awaiting, my patient Father for my return.
Up you pull me, shaking the dust of this world off of my feet
planting me into your perfect faithful grace.

Lord I wish to serve you
Lord I wish to know you,
More, each passing day
Lord I wish too...
All of my days
