I thought that my life was just great. Now I realize that I was a disaster waiting to happen. I was considered a super woman by all. My house was always spotless and I worked a full time. Also, I had a home based business which kept me very business. I wanted to do everything my self..
My husband could never do anything right. I just knew everything and always right. Everyones problems I made them mine.

I worried about a little of everything and everyone. Who disliked me and who liked me. As people would say I was a pure nut. They problemly would consider me a little crazy. Every thing with me was yesterday not today.
I did not know how to sit down and relax my self. I would do three or four chores at a time. Always doing things in my life months and weeks in advance. My motto was let me do it now because something else is going to come up tomorrow.

It was that time a year again for my breast exam. I called the Doctor's office just like I had done many for years. I went and got my mommagrphy. I will never for get it. It was on a cold day in December I got the worst news a woman could every get .I got a letter stating that I need to come back to the office to do a sonagram. go for another test just a check to make sure ever thing is alright.



Tips to stay Cancer free

* Praise God!
* Prayer to God
* Pray always in season and out season
* Let god direct your path, your future and destiny
* Pray for circumstances and situations
* Read your Bible daily
* Treat everyone with dignify and respect
* Try to accomplish all of your goal and dreams in life
* Don't mistreat your temple (your body) eat healthy, get plenty rest and exercise
* Live each day as if it was your last
* Take time for yourself
* Don't take on every one's problems, turn them over to God for he will work it out
* Enjoy life to the fullest
* Never let the set on you angry for it eats at your body, mind and soul
* Don't worry about your children, just pray and put them in God's hands
* Do not worry about tomorrow for it will take care of it self.
