To Him who lifts burdens we can’t bear,
And arms us for battles that we can,
I stand against the god of the air,
For Jesus is the great I Am;

Ever faithful to the utmost;
He will never, ever cast me out;
He has sealed me with the Holy Ghost;
He alone is my Divine Clout;

Hate or love Him, this is your choice,
He’s still the King of kings;
And soon, one day, we’ll hear His voice;
Subject to Him are all made things.
