Tears Are...

Tears are simply requests from our soul petitioning others to share a moment of our hearts.

Tears are shed out of happiness or sorry; joy or pain. They can show love, fear, compassion, and jubilation.

Tears are not just for women they are spoken through the heartiest men in a moment of petition or triumph.

Tears are a child’s way of saying, “I’m hungry” or “I need comfort.”

Tears are as delicate as the dew that falls from the petal of a rose in early morning or as immeasurable as the river that flows with the torrents.

Tears are not for sissies – they are for God’s children who live, love, and laugh.

Tears are tiny couriers of emotion escaping from inside.

Tears are diamonds bursting from the treasure chest of our hearts.

Tears are the result of the Holy Spirit at work in each new believer.

Tears are accepting that we can’t do anything alone.

Tears are Jesus kisses reminding us that He identifies with our pain.

Tears are drops of blood cleansed on Calvary’s Cross.

Tears are God’s reminder that He is with us through all of our peaks and valleys.

Tears are the fountains of our soul splashing love onto each other.

Tears are beams of energy released when we recognize our dance partner to be Jesus throughout eternity.

Tears are tiny balloons bursting with happiness when our smiles can’t show enough.

Tears are the flow of prayers witnessed at the bedside of a friend.

Tears are the footprints of our journey through each page of the Bible.

Tears are unspoken words of love to a friend who is in pain or dying.

Tears are little waves of goodbye when we long to go home with our loved one.

Tears are what Jesus shed when He felt the sorrowful pain of Mary. (John 11:35)

Tears are the gentle reminders that we are spiritually united with our Creator.
