A little faith in God
Is all you really need
To get you through the times
Of darkness, fear, and doubt,
And stormy, wretched climes.

A little faith in God
Is simpler said than done;
Yet once you try, you’ll see
That there’s no better way,
And better off you’ll be.

A little faith in God
Is often scorned and mocked
And called a shaky crutch
For those who shy from life;
Those mockers don’t know much.

A little faith in God,
Linking earth and heaven,
Will bring about His will.
When all around may fail,
His Presence hovers still.
