Don't be conformed to this world -
you are free!
The world will try to mold you,
with its many snares to hold you,
but remember what I told you -
you are free!

You are free!
Don't let them bind you -
you are free!
Loose those chains of desperation,
that performance orientation,
based on other's expectations -
you are free!

You are free!
Don't listen to their lies -
you are free!
Don't let the enemy's deception
put you under obligation
to family, friend, or nation -
you are free!

You are free!
You don't need to do it right -
you are free!
Free to fall flat on your face,
then rise from your disgrace,
and go on to win the race -
you are free!

You are free!
It's ok to feel down -
you are free!
Free to be angry, sad, or tired
when life seems so bemired,
free to feel uninspired -
you are free!

You are free!
Not judged by what you've done -
you are free!
Free to walk, or sit, or stand,
lie at rest, or win the land,
take or decline a helping hand -
you are free!

You are free!
Loved and accepted as you are -
you are free!
More beautiful by far,
every wound and every scar,
because they're part of who you are -
you are free!

You are free!
God the Father loves you -
you are free!
Not only did He make you,
but He never will forsake you,
to His mansion He will take you -
you are free!

You are free!
No longer under law -
you are free!
Free to rest within His grace
Because in Him you've won the race
Free to look upon His face -
you are free!
