Final Days

At every point in human history
Mankind has had those to declare
That these are the times of most worry
The end is near they cry
Armageddon is upon us
Evil has never ranked so high
But as the decades pass
And the final days of a fallen earth do not come
It should not shake our resolve
Nor should our hearts become numb
The gospel of salvation rings true
Whether the return of our King is minutes away
Or whether that episode is generations from this very day
Souls cry out for comfort
Hearts break with ache
And when it comes to Heavenly relationships
We are always in our final days
