Children

Once long ago, there were two people that God created. One was named Adam and one
was named Eve. God had made them. There was an evil serpent(the devil) who lied to
to them about eating fruit from a certain tree. They disobeyed God and ate this forbidden
fruit. This was sin or disobedience to God's law. Now they had sin in their heart. The
sin that they had done didn't end there! This sinful heart was passed down to all children
inside their heart. It is very important that you know that God is the only one who can
help us with this sin problem in the heart. The Bible says that Jesus came to take away
the sin of the world. This is such good news children because you can be good every
day, but you must ask Jesus to come into your heart and clean it. Babies go to heaven
because they don't know right from wrong. When you come to the age you know
that lying is wrong and you do it, this is sin. Jesus came so that we don't have to sin
anymore. Children, Adam and Eve were real people, and sin is very bad. Listen to
God and he will always take you in good, clean ways. The devil hates you, and you
must not give him any place in your heart. Jesus loves you very much and you can
be good, like God.
