Talents Buried in Religious Supermarket Tombs
Matt.25:14-30; I Cor.3:11-17; 2 Cor.6:16; 2 Tim.1:6; I Pet.2:9-10


When people get sick they go to a doctor's clinic. When they need their teeth examined they go to a dental clinic. When they need a new computer they go to a computer store. When they get hungry they go to either a restaurant or the supermarket. When people prepare for death they go to someone who deals in tombstones. The carnal institutional church is one vast supermarket of religious junk food. And, it is a tomb for dead souls and buried spiritual gifts. The institutional church is the birthplace of many who managed to hear the voice of Christ in the midst of the noisy clamor of a cold, carnal marketplace. These people began with joyful hopes of being used mightily of Me. But the same institutional church they began with in spiritual infancy ends up being the graveyard of all the visions I gave them for their future effectiveness in personal ministry. Many a saint nears the end of his earthly pilgrimage and looks back upon what should have been and what would have been, had he or she not remained enslaved to false traditions of men.

My original and perfect intent was to create My spiritual family in the earth, comprised of called out ones from every tongue, nation and tribe. These chosen children of Mine were to comprise a new priesthood of saints who would offer up spiritual sacrifices unto Me through their High Priest, the Lord Jesus Christ. They would be the expression of His own life and Body upon the earth, helping one another, building one another up in the faith and seeing one another as dearly beloved brothers and sisters. They were to work harmoniously in the unity of Christ in winning lost souls for the Kingdom of God unto life eternal. They were all to be on the same team, not divided up into hundreds of warring denominations.

Instead of fulfilling Christ's prayer that His Church be one, I behold disunity. Instead of the priesthood of all believers as taught by the original apostles, I behold a complex Babylonish system of clerics, institutional "priests", "vicars" and other sundry relgious figureheads which evolved over the centuries to lord it over the "laity" with manmade rules and regulations which replace My Law of Liberty in Christ Jesus. While some religious leaders fell into Religious Babylon out of ignorance, many others hoped to profiteer off the ignorance of the "churched" masses, who were unable to study the Word of God for themselves. Rather than My corporate Body on earth comprising the New Temple of God, the brick-and-mortar edifice built by the hands of man was dubbed the "church building". It was the designated place where tribute and gifts were to be brought to the lord of the manor, some man who usurped My own position as Lord over My flock. Heathen rites and rituals of pagan nations were "christianized" and added to a formal liturgy of various sects of cristendom. Forced tithing on wages replaced joyful giving. Gorgeous robes and pageantry were invented to bedazzle the peasants, so as to bewitch them into idol worship in the form of venerating icons of figures reputed to be dead saints. All the gold and glitter trappings made many fall at the feet of religious opportunists and venerate them as being of a class much higher than themselves, My supposed representatives on earth. Thus satan succeeded in distorting, de-emphasizing and finally burying the original Spirit-imparted doctrine of the priesthood of all believers. Instead of all believers in Christ serving the Lord, a very few made a show of honoring Me, while the vast majority served the wants and lusts of the Big Beast Religious System.

In the more "liberal" congregations, My Word is treated like a restaurant menu. People pick and choose what they like off it, and shun the parts they dislike. They will claim heaping helpings of My provision of daily blessings. But they will ignore or steer away from those passages dealing with daily discipleship and turning their back on worldly lusts which lead to the ruination of the soul. And they have lost sight of the fact that ALL are called to minister unto Me in various ways, not just the favored few.

My people are in terrible bondage, financially and otherwise, from feeling pressed to sacrifice their blood, sweat and tears to construct the Temple of Man on earth. And in this Babylonish temple, the slaves of the "clergy" are taught to "submit" to every demand made by their spiritual overlords. My people have been gifted by the Holy Spirit to serve in the individual callings wherein I have placed them. But the higher-ups on the totem pole discourage them, saying they are too heady and self-seeking. Those who genuinely seek to stir up the gift within them are accused of carnal ambition, and striving to outstrip others to make something big out of themselves. I have a vast pool of untapped talent in My true Church, buried away by saints too ashamed to admit that they possess special gifts from me. My people have been taught by jealous religious leaders a false humility which makes them too scared to use that talent for My glory, even in a limited fashion.

Conventional churchianity is a spectator sport. People are taught a manmade commandment; "Thou shalt not forsake thy passive pew to exercise that gift within thee, but thou shalt forever hold thy peace." Saints who courageously step out to use what I have given them are accused of being "carnal" and doing things in the flesh. But the religious leader who accuses others of ministering in the flesh is usually a fearful, timid, retreating hireling who will not stir up his own gift. But who gave My people their gifts to begin with? Was I not displeased with that servant who buried his Lord's talent because he was afraid to use it for his Lord's profit? I did not commend the fearful servant for self-abasement and humility. I took from him even that one talent he had been given. Beware of confusing religiosity with true spirituality.

When all is said and done, My people, you will individually stand before Me at the Bema Judgment Seat of believers. This is a judgment of your works to determine your degree of eternal reward, not the Great White Throne Judgment unto damnation which unbelievers shall face. Your pastor or other religious leader will not be there to stand by your side to plead that you never found the courage to use what I gave you because he or she discouraged you from doing it. Those who claim the authority to meddle and make you to bury the gift within thee and forsake your own calling would find it beneath their dignity to claim the blame when I ask you why you didn't make the fullest possible use of your talent, according to My enablement. In the end, you must all INDIVIDUALLY answer to Me, not some mere man, for what you did with your Lord's gift.

Be careful what you buy at the religious supermarket. Some of what you eat from that market stall will not only make you utterly sick, it will weaken your spiritual muscles so that you cannot move in My gifts and calling for your life.

If satan cannot bury you in an early grave, he will resort to religious lies to get you to bury your Lord's gift.
